Whether you love him or hate him, you've got to hand it to the man -- he says what he means. Rush (and his cat, Punkin) have done two Public Service Announcements for the Humane Society of the United States. Both ads are below, and after you listen to them, you've got to wonder why anyone could be upset about them.
