Anyone can help!
Not everyone can be a cat wrangler, but anyone can make a donation or help with fundraising. SNAP runs solely on fundraisers and donations to cover the costs of veterinary care and supplies. All proceeds go directly to helping feral cats in Columbia and Boone County.
SNAP Supply Wish List
- Live animal traps (we go through a lot of these!)
- Feral shelters (either make one or donate the supplies)
- Feral feeding stations
- Canned or dried cat food
- Small paper plates (for baiting the traps)
- If you're handy with tools, you could try building feral feeding stations, or shelters. Come winter, these shelters are the only place most of our ferals have to stay warm and dry. The feeding stations help keep dry food dry during rainy weather.

Donations can be left at the Columbia Second Chance Adoption Center. Please indicate that any donations are for SNAP use! It's a very busy place, run completely by volunteers, so things sometimes get misplaced.
